Lui Hui Yin

Registered Counsellor

I am a registered and licensed counsellor who believes that healing begins in a space of safety, compassion, and genuine connection. I work from a systemic lens, drawing on approaches in marriage and family therapy to support individuals, couples, and families as they navigate relationships, life transitions, and experiences of loss and change. I am also trained in expressive art therapy, which allows me to bring creative and experiential elements into sessions. Through art, movement, and reflection, I hope to help clients express what words sometimes cannot, and find meaning in their own stories. Over the years, I’ve worked across NGOs, schools, refugee communities, and universities, journeying with people from diverse walks of life. Alongside counselling, I also facilitate talks, workshops, and outreach programmes to promote mental health awareness and emotional well-being. In my work, I strive to create a space that feels gentle, grounding, and collaborative, where people feel heard, supported, and reconnected with their own inner wisdom and strength. I believe that healing is not about fixing what’s broken, but about honouring the resilience that’s already within us.
