Jane Lim, with a background in clinical psychology, has a strong interest in cognitive psychology and a commitment to supporting individuals across the lifespan. She has worked with clients from diverse backgrounds, including children with neurodevelopmental, emotional, and behavioural difficulties, as well as adults navigating trauma, addiction, personality disorders, relationship challenges, depression, and anxiety. She also has experience working with the LGBTQ+ community and individuals exploring identity-related concerns. Her therapeutic approach is integrative and this flexibility allows her to tailor interventions to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. Grounded in empathy and respect, she believes that therapy is a collaborative process where progress unfolds at the client’s pace. She strives to create a safe, non-judgmental space that fosters resilience, growth, and meaningful change.
