Fiqrah Khaleesa Ahmad

Clinical Psychologist Trainee

I see therapy as a space where you don’t have to pretend — a place to pause, breathe, and make sense of what’s been weighing on you. My goal is to listen with genuine care and help you reconnect with your own strength and clarity. In our sessions, I aim to create a calm and grounded atmosphere where you can explore your thoughts and feelings safely. We’ll work together to understand what’s been happening beneath the surface, whether it’s stress, self-doubt, grief, or simply feeling lost, and find ways to move forward that feel realistic and meaningful for you. I approach each person with empathy, patience, and curiosity. I believe small moments of honesty and awareness can bring real change, and I’m here to walk alongside you through that process.

Fiqrah conducts sessions in English and Bahasa Melayu, making her support accessible across different age groups and families.
